Ye Qing, Master of architecture, Zhejiang University, professor level senior engineer, national first-class registered architect, has been engaged in the research and practice of green building and ecological city for many years. She is currently the Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Shenzhen Academy of Building Sciences Co., Ltd. Ye Qing holds more than 20 social positions, including deputy director of China Green Building Professional Committee, deputy director and Secretary General of China Eco City Professional Committee.

Ye Qing has won the second "global Chinese young architect" (a total of 9 Chinese in the world), "Chinese contemporary excellent young architect" and other titles, and won the lifelong honorary title of "national best scientific and technological worker" in 2014. She has been working in the front line of construction science and technology for a long time. She has presided over and participated in 26 scientific research projects at all levels, including 8 international cooperation projects, 3 national scientific and technological research projects and 2 provincial and ministerial projects. At the moment she is in charge of the national "12th Five Year" science and technology plan project "Research and engineering demonstration of green comprehensive transformation technology of urban communities".
